Meet Our Founder

 The Reverend Dr. K. C. Wilks, Pastor Emeritus of First John Tabernacle Baptist Church, faithfully planted and shepherded the ministry from its very beginning. Through more than 30 years of dedicated service, he led with vision, prayer, and perseverance, building the church from the ground up into a vibrant place of worship and community. Now, in this season of retirement, Dr. Wilks enjoys the fruits of his labor alongside his beloved wife, First Lady Emerita Jesse Wilks. Together, they are joyfully embracing life’s blessings, living in peace, happiness, and the well-deserved rest that follows a lifetime of service to God and His people.
